We have been advising clients since 1988. As a business, we have intentionally remained small, senior, and focused on a specific kind of client. People rarely come to us because they cannot book travel. They come because they understand what is at stake when their plans are not managed properly. Most plans work as expected. Until they don’t. A cancellation, a missed connection, or a schedule that shifts at the wrong moment changes the situation entirely. At that point, the itinerary becomes secondary. What matters is who is managing it, how quickly options are identified, and what access exists to make those options real. This is where experience becomes clear.
Our advisors
Our team of advisors brings a combined experience of more than 100 years across complex, high-value corporate and leisure travel. Every client journey is designed and managed at that level. There are no handovers between planning and delivery. The same person who designs your travel manages it, with a clear understanding of how it is structured and what is at stake if something shifts.
Access
We have held accreditation with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) since 1993. We are members of the Australian Travel Industry Association (ATIA), the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) and are recognised by Qantas as a Platinum Club agency. We are also members of Travellers Choice. Through our IATA accreditation, we are able to book and manage travel on more than 120 airlines worldwide. We hold active partnerships through Accor HERA, Hilton for Luxury, Hyatt Privé, IHG Destined, Marriott STARS and Luminous and Shangri-La Luxury Circle. These relationships provide access that is not available through direct booking or online platforms. When plans change and decisions need to be made quickly, that access matters.
Community
We have a responsibility to give back to the community in which we operate. We do this through our long-term support for Wheelchairs for Kids, a Perth-based organisation that provides mobility to children who would otherwise go without. Isabelle Chu has been a long-term member of the Rotary Club of Scarborough, and it is through that connection that the relationship with Wheelchairs for Kids began. It is a relationship that has deepened over time. Wheelchairs for Kids has recently formalised a partnership with Cathay Pacific, an outcome that speaks to the growing reach and recognition of the organisation’s work. We are proud to play a small part in their story.
How we work
Every new client relationship begins with a conversation. Sometimes that is a phone call, sometimes an email, and often a referral from someone we already work with. The purpose is straightforward — to understand how a client travels, where they have been, what standards they expect, and what their goals are. These conversations also help us determine whether we are the right fit for each other. Budget is part of that conversation. Not always as a specific number, but as an understanding of expectation and standard. That clarity shapes everything that follows. From there, we make the necessary enquiries and come back with a proposal or a set of options for review and comment before proceeding. Communication through the booking process is typically by email, with clients welcome to call during business hours. An after-hours emergency number is also available and published on our website for clients who need to reach us outside of standard hours. Much of what we do beyond that point is not visible. Tickets are constructed for flexibility. Properties are briefed before arrival. Contingencies are considered before departure. When something requires attention, it is managed without the client needing to chase it. That is how it should be. Our terms and conditions, including our schedule of service fees and charges, are published on our website for review and acceptance before any booking is finalised.
Start the conversation
Travel, at its best, is effortless. The planning is invisible, the journey runs smoothly, and the experience is exactly what it should be. That is what we deliver every day. And when the unexpected happens, we are already across it. If this is how you expect travel to be managed, you are probably already the kind of client we work with.
